Ryan (He/Him)
Meet Ryan Uche-Tasie, the dynamic force behind the seamless operations and day-to-day magic at Queer Founders.
With a passion for supporting underrepresented founders, Ryan brings a unique blend of legal expertise and entrepreneurial insight to the table. A proud IncludedVC fellow, he not only holds a law degree but also leverages his diverse background to champion the cause of diversity and inclusion in the entrepreneurial landscape.
General Manager - Hotel Belvedere Grindelwald
Carole (She/Her)
Carole Hauser, alongside her brother Philip, now leads the family's fourth-generation business in the picturesque tourist hub of Grindelwald, Switzerland. As a board member of HotellerieSuisse, the Swiss national hotel association, Carole brings a wealth of experience. Raised in Switzerland with a passion for diverse cultures, she has worked in locations ranging from Buenos Aires and Madrid to London.
CEO - Companio
Ignacio (He/Him)
Ignacio Nieto Carvajal is the CEO of Companio, which he co-founded alongside his husband Miguel. Apart from an entrepreneur, he is also a minimalist composer, nomad, engineer, and writer. He is not on social media, but blogs regularly on Micropreneur Life.
Founder and CEO - Venn DEI
Elizabeth (They/She)
Born in the United States, Elizabeth Anderson brings years of international teaching and mentoring experience from Japan and Berlin to her work. In 2020, she switched from academics to the business sector.
In addition to her work in communications and branding at an early-stage tech venture capital firm, she created the company’s DEI strategy framework. She went on to work internal communications and DEI at a climate tech scale-up before starting her own DEI consultancy and community network.
CEO - Vigo Health
Kristaps (He/Him)
Kristaps Krafte is the CEO and founder of Vigo Health, a digital health company that provides radically accessible stroke rehabilitation therapy. In his free time Kristaps enjoys skiing, hiking and belting out to showtunes.
